Every copy, down to the slot it sits in.
ManaArchive records the printing, finish, condition and language of each card you own, and the binder, page and slot you put it in.

Two Sol Rings are two lines.
A foil copy in the trade binder and a played one in your Commander box are different things. ManaArchive keeps them apart, so the count, the value and the location are all true.

Bring the spreadsheet you already have.
Upload a ManaBox export or any CSV. Rows that name one printing go straight in. Anything ambiguous waits for you in review instead of being guessed.
How imports workOr scan the cards in with your phone.
The ManaArchive app for Android reads a card through your phone’s camera and files it as a specific printing. Recognition can pick the right card from the wrong set when two printings share their art, so every scan waits in a tray where you can correct it before anything is saved.
It is the same account as the website. Your binders, decks and trades are all there, and the app keeps an offline copy of your collection for the card shop with no signal.
- Pick where the cards go · A binder or box, with finish, condition and language set once for the batch.
- Hold each card to the camera · A match lands in a tray. No match falls back to a name search.
- Fix anything before it counts · Change the printing, finish or quantity of any row, or drop it.
- Add the batch · Nothing reaches your collection until you add the tray.
Build decks against what you own.
Each entry shows whether you have the copies already, so the shopping list writes itself.

A trade binder you tag by hand.
Mark the exact copies you would part with. A trade request names those copies, not just the card.

Know what the collection is worth.
Prices come from Scryfall every night and are matched to the finish you own, so a foil is priced as a foil. ManaArchive records your collection’s total once a day and charts it on your dashboard alongside your deck and collection stats.
Sell from the same inventory.
On the Pro plan, connect your own CardTrader and ManaPool seller accounts and list the copies you choose. When one sells, the other storefront’s quantity drops right away, and a pull sheet tells you which binder page to take it from.
Search the way you think about cards.
Type, colour, set, trade status and placement are all operators. Combine them, exclude with a minus, and share the result as a link.
