Rulings
- 2026-08-21 · wotc — Grim Repriser doesn't need to have been in your graveyard at the time the damage was dealt. For example, if you cast a spell that deals damage to an opponent before combat, then Grim Repriser dies due to combat damage, you can activate its ability the same turn.
